Chef Yana Gilbuena may have completed her 50 pop-up dinners in all 50 states of the United States a few months ago, but she had one last hurrah in Los Angeles. Last Saturday was her last Filipino Kamayan Dinner Pop-up in Los Angeles before trekking to South America to cover that region. Her nose-to-tail pork dishes were as inspiring as her mission…To raise money and awareness to feed Filipino School kids.
