Ah! Lobster Bisque….Thanks to a friend of mine who inspired me to cook for a change. What she gave me was a lobster from Canada and a Spiny Lobster from Florida. Everyone has their own methods of making a bisque including me. Making this took me almost five hours to make everything from scratch (prepping, roasting the lobster, making the stock, cooking the bisque, etc). In the end, the bisque was one of the best that I’ve ever made. It tasted pretty good too. 

Sorry, but no recipe for this one. I rarely write down recipes since I’m sort of “wing” things in the kitchen.
