Just a few photos from CoffeeCon; the first ever coffee convention in Los Angeles. Last Saturday, the Mack Sennett Studios transformed into the biggest coffee house where hundreds of coffee lovers and Industry folk congregated to taste hundreds of locally roasted coffees, learned a few more tidbits about brewing the perfect cup, and fixed their curiousity into home roasting coffee beans.

Of the hundreds of coffees that I’ve tasted at the convention, my favorite coffees were a Kenya Kigwandi from Klatch Coffee in Rancho Cucamonga and a Light Roast Oaxaca, Mexico coffee from Oakland’s Proyecto Diaz Coffee
