Chef Curtis Stone’s Morels Dinner Theme was just as I imagined it to be…A unique and refreshing take on a seasonal ingredient. Although the season for morels has now past, it will not be forgotten after a spectacular dinner at Maude in Beverly Hills.
Every single dish was truly amazing. My two favorite dishes were the smoked Duck Egg and the Lamb accompanied with Morels. I especially enjoyed the six wine pairings that complimented the dishes. Although the Chef was not in the kitchen on the evening of our dinner, I applaud his entire staff for helping make our dining experience a pleasant one.
